If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept your return request within 14 days of purchase but also we provide cancellation of the order if the customers request within one hour of purchase

When we receive a returned product in declared conditions, we make a full refund on the same day.

The refunding process with the credit card is credited in between 3-10 business days.
We do not accept exchanges. If the customer completely wants to exchange, customers can request a refund and make another purchase when the process is completed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
